Be successful in your efforts to be healthy.  How?


Of course a priority is the foods you eat.  What do you eat? Daily? Are there rules to govern your foods?

We are very much aware of health being dependent on what foods and drink we obtain daily. Water being the number one drink of course, and fruit and vegetable juices drank as well.

But many of us experience allergies to certain foods and it makes it difficult to know what foods we should eat.

In such cases your doctor and YOU are the best to determine this.  But on the norm, we are on the right track to have fruit and vegetables daily.  They are full of vitamins and minerals, which copy our own makeup.  So in this respect we are usually safe to determine this group of foods to be our primary concern.  Meats are another source, as well as Dairy, which again, may or may not be to your own specific benefit.  But to the majority of mankind, this is the main source of our daily consumption, which will keep man healthy, taken in adequate supply.

We know we are no longer in the "safe-zone", when we consume certain foods that result in our being under, or over-weight.  Usually we can determine our own safe-zone.  There are organic food sources that will assist us in the most healthy variety we could ever need, and satisfy our hunger as well as sweet tooth, should the need arise.  If uncertain about food guidelines, consult your physician.  They are well versed in keeping YOU healthy.
